Lead Slinger Designs (LSD) is a precision machine shop specializing in firearm components and build kits for different rifle platforms. With our precision and experience in materials, fixturing and tooling coupled with our knowledge and research in the arms industry, we get rid of the fluff, and bring you form and function. We build parts and platforms that perform and bring you a truly one-of-a-kind product. All of our products are 100% made in the USA by hard working men and women.

Our Equipment & Factory
LSD is located in an 9000 square ft facility where parts are manufactured on HAAS CNC machines, which include:
- 2 – VF4SS Vertical milling machines
- 2 – ST-30 Lathes with Live tooling and bar feeding capabilities
- 1 – EC-400 Horizontal mill for high volume production
What we offer, and the future.
LSD currently offers AR 15 lowers in several configurations to meet customers’ needs and tastes. These lowers will be offered in 6061-T6 and 7075-T651 Aluminum.
The 6061 is a very capable material for the use and wear that these products experience.
The 7075 is our premium line and adds a level of durability to our products. The lowers are produced to exceed mil-spec standards and tolerances.
